In the event a customer gets scammed by a verified vendor we will insure your purchase up to a maximum of $100 CAD.
To qualify for our guarantee all avenues of communication with said vendor must be exhausted and documented first.
Before contacting Psychlistings to make a claim please allow vendors up to 7 days to rectify the issue.
Not covered under this guarantee are
• Incorrect addresses given by customers
• Underage purchases
• Product Quality issues
• Stolen packages
• Delayed packages
To begin the claim process please email sales@psychlistings.ca and send the following information
• copies of vendor and client communications
• Copies of the order confirmation
• Proof of payment
• Explanation of events
We will make every effort to assist in communications with the vendors however in the event a solution can not be found we will have the order replaced up to $100 CAD value.
